Tuition
Everyone who attends Spellman is the recipient of a scholarship since the real cost of educating each student is significantly more than the tuition established by the Board of Trustees. Fundraising makes up the difference and Spellman is fortunate to have loyal alumni and parents who generously support the school.
Cardinal Spellman High School's basic tuition rate for the 2013-2014 academic year is $10,200. The Board members are very pleased that they have been able to keep our Spellman tuition rate at a reasonable level. With tuition at $10,200, Cardinal Spellman High School is a tremendous educational value given the excellence of our programs, the high caliber and dedication of our faculty and staff, our reasonable class size and the quality and accomplishments of our students.
Discount to families with more than one student at Spellman:
First student's tuition will be $10,200.00
Second student's tuition will be $9,800.00
Third student's tuition will be $9,400.00
We offer payment plans for tuition that can be worked out through our Finance Office.
Financial Aid
To be considered for tuition aid, families must file a Grant & Aid Assessment Application each year. These applications, which are available in the main office, must be filed by April 1, 2013. All grants are based on need as determined by analysis of the applications. The major source of financial aid to our students is the Catholic Schools Foundation. Additional aid is provided through fundraising, annual fund gifts, and local need-based scholarships.
Cardinal Spellman High School now uses Smart Tuition as their financial aid partner.
