Strive for Excellence
The academic program at Cardinal Spellman has been carefully designed to offer our students an educational experience that is rigorous, challenging and engaging in the context of a Christian community.
At Cardinal Spellman High School, we are proud to partner with parents as important collaborators in navigating the four important years of high school. Our academic program is designed to ensure that, with thoughtful course selection, each student gains the foundation needed for a successful post-secondary education. We encourage parents to take an active role in supporting their sons and daughters through the course selection process in collaboration with our school counselors. Thus, guiding them to a path where their well rounded, renaissance experience of the intellectual life mirrors their experience in the arts and athletics resulting in a student well prepared for college and life who has wrestled with some of life’s deeper questions and feels prepared for anything!
Spellman not only equipped me with the academic preparedness required to obtain admission and a scholarship to Pennsylvania State University, but also instilled in me a sense of responsibility, leadership, and teamwork.”
