Summer Science Discovery Lab

Camp Mission Statement:
Science is a subject that every student can have fun and excel in. This four day camp aims to find the joy in exploring the world around us that is both seen and unseen. All students will work cooperatively on a variety of science challenges and topics in a safe and well-supervised setting. Each camper will come away at the end of the week with new friends, new knowledge, and a new found sense of accomplishment and problem solving abilities.

July 13th to July 16th or July 20th to July 23rd
9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Site: Cardinal Spellman High School
Students entering grades 2-8
Total Cost: $250.00 due June 12th
(family discount: take $25 off second child and $50 off 3rd child)

Program Includes:
- Individual and group instruction in the areas of physical science, chemistry and biology.
- A variety of hands-on laboratory exercises throughout the week.
- A really cool camp tee-shirt.
- Access to appropriate high school laboratory equipment, supplies and materials.
- Group oriented challenges and competitions.
What To Bring To Camp:
- Comfortable clothes appropriate for inside and outside wear
- A bag lunch
- Sneakers or shoes (no open-toe sandals)
